Oktoberfest

We had an excellent turn out for Oktoberfest at the Neufeld's (including guests from Ethiopia and Elkhart,IN), and Jer (et al.) cooked up 10 Ga. of Rasputen. The food and fellowship were great. Thanks everyone.

Another Fire-in-the-Hole (10ga) and an American Lite (P.I.G.) (5ga)

Well, another brew club meeting at Ron & Karen's, and another successful brewing. Thanks to Ron & Karen for hosting, and the very nice potato bar.



The Fire-Hole recipie was modified some since the last brewing, including some dry hopping and oak chips, which were added at the first racking yesterday. All seems to be progressing nicely.
